Special thanks to the Wandell Education Foundation for helping bring this project to life! Our students had an absolute blast decorating the card and showing their school spirit and patriotism. What a fun day visiting Smith Middle School! Our fifth graders had a wonderful time exploring their future school, meeting staff, and getting excited about the next chapter. Today we celebrated Chief Cosgriff’s walk-out and honored his many years of dedicated service to Saddle River. Our students were proud to send him off with beautiful handwritten cards thanking him for helping keep our school community safe. We are so grateful for his leadership, kindness, and commitment to our students. Wishing Chief Cosgriff all the best in his well-deserved retirement! 💙🚔

Check out these Pre-K students as they had a fabulous show this afternoon at Wandell School. These students showed they are more than ready for kindergarten and pre-k 4 as they walked the runway with confidence and put on one amazing performance. What an awesome visit today at Wandell School! 💙💛 A proud member of the Wandell Class of 1977 stopped by to visit his favorite elementary school! Thank you to Mr. Patterson for bringing in his original 1977 report card and sharing a photo of the teacher who signed it. Even more amazing, he was part of the class that helped bury the time capsule right outside our building! Wandell pride and strong roots run deep here. 🕰️📚
